The guest taps “Call waiter” at the table. The message lands in the app, with the table number and the time. The waiter confirms with one tap that someone is on the way, and the guest sees this on the phone. The waiter also takes orders at the table and sends them straight to the kitchen.
What the waiter pours does not have to go through the kitchen. Drinks run on their own branch, straight to the bar or onto the waiter ticket, so the kitchen only sees what it has to cook. You take the money at the table: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or cash. One tap and the receipt is closed. The waiter app works together with the QR ordering system at the table for everything that runs by hand.
You add the waiter in the dashboard and send an invite link. The waiter opens it on their own phone, sets a PIN and saves the app on the home screen. From then on they log in for each shift with four digits: no password notes, no shared device, no app store.
